1. Entry Requirements
   To be eligible, entries must follow all outlined guidelines and be submitted in full. Incomplete entries or those that do not comply with the stated rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Boudoir by Skye. Each participant is allowed one entry only. Entries submitted using multiple emails, names, or devices to bypass the rules may result in disqualification.

2. Prize Details
   Winners will receive a luxury studio portrait session along with a credit toward custom artwork for their home. The total value may vary based on the session and artwork selected. Boudoir by Skye reserves the right to determine the specific details of each prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Any additional costs associated with the prize, including taxes, framing, or shipping, are the responsibility of the recipient. By accepting the prize, winners grant Boudoir by Skye permission to use their name, image, and submitted content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

3. Odds
   The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
   Winners are selected under the direction of Boudoir by Skye and will be notified via text, email, and/or phone within 15 days of the promotion closing. By submitting an entry, you consent to receive communication from Boudoir by Skye. Standard message and data rates may apply. Boudoir by Skye is not responsible for any missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other delivery issues. If a winner does not respond or meet the eligibility requirements within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

5. Reservation Fee
   To secure your experience and ensure a personalized, high-touch service, a fully refundable $250 reservation fee is required upon booking. This helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations. To retain eligibility for the prize, clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of both the prize and the deposit.

6. Revisions and Errata
   The materials appearing on Boudoir by Skye’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Boudoir by Skye does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Boudoir by Skye may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Boudoir by Skye does not make any commitment to update the materials.

   Boudoir by Skye has not reviewed all of the websites linked to its site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Boudoir by Skye. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
